This Confidentiality Agreement refers to the confidentiality of any data that can be found on the Internet page ekupi.hr and that is collected and stored in Ekupi d.o.o. data base while using this page.

Ekupi d.o.o. as a service provider of ekupi.hr Internet page complies with the legislation with the purpose to protect users' privacy.

End users are being addressed to read all that is mentioned on this page in order to understand easily which information Ekupi d.o.o. collects and uses.

End users are being addressed to read this Confidentiality Agreement carefully. By approaching to or using our Internet pages, the end user confirms that he has read, understood and agreed with all conditions regarding confidentiality and the method of usage ekupi.hr Internet page.

If the end user disagrees with this Confidentiality Agreement we address the end user to leave ekupi.hr Internet page and not to approach or use it at all.

This Confidentiality Agreement can be adjusted by Ekupi d.o.o. in any moment by publishing adjusted text on the Interne page. Adjusted text of the Confidentiality Agreement takes effect on the day of publishing on ekupi.hr Internet page.

Every end user bears the responsibility and has duty to check this page periodically and to study any changes in Confidentiality Agreement. It is being presumed that if the end user continues to use this page after such change in Confidentiality Agreement has occurred that he complies with and accepts all conditions of changed Confidentiality Agreement.

Ekupi d.o.o. collects information that can identify a specific end user. When end user is involved in certain activities on ekupi.hr Internet page, such as: opening of a user account, ordering of goods or services, filing in questionnaires, publishing comments or sending of feedback, Ekupi d.o. has the right to ask the end user for some information like: name and surname, phone number, date of birth, address (including postal code), e-mail address, credit card number, credit card validity, authorisation code and other related information. Involvement in identification activities and giving of personal data is a decision of the end user. If the end user refuses to give obligatory information for a certain activity, this kind activity will not be provided to the end user.

Ekupi d.o.o. will not share any personal data of the end user to any third party except in the cases mentioned in the next point and in the situation when it is required by positive regulations.

Ekupi d.o.o. will use personal data for sending and distribution of administrative and promotional e-mails, data analysis, credit card processing. Ekupi d.o.o. can share personal data of the end user with service providers regarding distribution of goods regarding orders, package deliveries, sending of post or e-mails.

End user has the possibility to approach and to change its personal data provided to Ekupi d.o.o. End user can change personal data by sending e-mail to voditelj@ekupi.hr. This e-mail message should contain name and surname, address and e-mail address, and information that is to be added or changed.

As a condition for purchase of goods and services from Ekupi d.o.o., Ekupi d.o.o. asks for permission form the end user to send administrative or promotional e-mail messages. If the end users accepts receiving of e-mail messages but additionally decides that he would like to cancel such messages, there is a possibility at the moment of registration to cancel receiving of such messages by sending the e-mail message on voditelj@ekupi.hr or by choosing the option of newsletter cancellation that is a consisting part of every newsletter message.

Ekupi d.o.o. considers data protection seriously, therefore various precautions have been taken to protect personal data. Unfortunately, no data transfer via Internet or any other network can be 100% safe. Regardless the fact that Ekupi d.o.o. is undertaking reasonable commercial protective measures of personal data, E kupi d.o.o. cannot guarantee the protection of any information transferred from or toekupi.hr Internet pages, therefore Ekupi d.o.o cannot be held responsible for the actions of any third party that receives such information.

Minors under the age of 14 cannot be users of ekupi.hr Internet page. Ekupi d.o.o. does not collect or retain information from anyone who is under the age of 14, therefore not a single part of this Internet pages has been designed in a manner that is attractive to persons who are under the age of 14.
